Gala Limón is a transdisciplinary artist and creator of self-awareness methodologies. Her fashion brand is a reflection of her authentic vision of the world—one that celebrates living boldly and freely. For Gala, being daring means choosing care over indifference, self-acceptance over self-criticism, and patience and understanding over quick judgment.
Through her designs, Gala aims to celebrate the uniqueness of the self and offer a fun, effortless path to daily elegance, warmth, and comfort.
“Growing up in a Mexican culture so rich in humor has greatly shaped the way I view the world,” says Gala Limón.
She founded her brand in Mexico in 2010. In 2015, she moved to Paris, where she found fertile ground to nurture her creativity. In January 2017, she presented her collection Adela during Paris Fashion Week. Just a few months later, Gala began working at Balmain’s creative Haute-Couture studios under Olivier Rousteing and, a year later, at Maison Margiela Artisanal Couture and Menswear under John Galliano. These prestigious houses provided the perfect environment in which she honed her natural talent for sensing the pulse of the world and telling powerful stories through fashion.
